Subscription-Based Listings (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Lifetime Subscription Plans

Not upload false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
Keep your account details secure and not share your login credentials.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.
Subscription fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment and valid for the lifetime of the service.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party providers) to charge your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at info@addmelocal.com.au.
Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for subscription-based or lifetime subscription services.
Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed.

A lifetime subscription grants access to listing services for the lifetime of the platform.
Lifetime plans cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We reserve the right to terminate a lifetime subscription if the user violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By posting on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your listing.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content.
You agree not to:
Post illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
Use the website for spam or misleading advertising.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
